Getting around in HK
It's really hard to describe this place if you've never been here, especially if your photos are lame like mine... so, courtesy of the photography guys here, I have better pictures to post.
This is the shuttle we take to work everyday... takes about 30 minutes to get to DL.
Since everything is islands here, we have to go over these two bridges everytime leave Tuen Mun. Very cool view early in the morning
This is a photo inside the most freaquently used bus, the 140m. These guys drive out of control, and the funniest thing is they stop for gas right in the middle of the journey. The little pad on the left by the entrance is the Octopus card reader, which is what you use to pay for just about everything, transportation, 7/11, and McDonald's!
Reminders where to look when crossing the street...
Inside my lovely elevator, can you tell which numbers are missing?
Finally this is the entrance at Tsing Yi, one of the MTR stations, all you have to do is scan your Octopus card and go right in! That thing is so powerful you don't even have to take it out of your wallet. (Then again, I'm probably developing tumors 'cause of the strong magnetic forces...)
