Phuket, Thailand. (Part I)

These are just a few photos from our trip to Phuket. You would never think that this is were the Tsunami hit just a few months ago...

The Dusit-Laguna Resort pool (where we stayed)

Right behind the hotel you can walk right up to the Indian Ocean. There was this great little beach restaurant called "Pa-Pa's", none of the staff was wearing shirts for some reason!

We were there right at sunset, beautiful photo! even though i don't know who those people are...

Had to stick my feet in the Indian Ocean!

Shep taking a nap during our tour, check out all the green!

These things are called "Tuk-Tuks" and they are the equivalent of a cab. All you do is get in the back and hang on, no seatbelts, nothing. If you fall, too bad...

Hong Kong is beauuuutiful!

I took these the other day at Sunny Bay MTR Station. It was about 6 pm.

These are a little bit blurry because we were on the star Ferry. View of HK Island at night!

This is probably my favorite spot in all of Hong Kong. It is a restaurant/bar at Tsim Sha Tsui that overlooks the Hong Kong Bay. Love it!

Finally, a little touch of home...

Shenzhen

These are from our trip to Shenzhen a couple of days ago. This place is completely out of control!! It is located in Mainland China, and the main attraction is this place called Lowu Commercial City. This is a 5-story mall full of fake stuff. I'm talking watches, dvd's that are out in the movies right now, purses, etc. etc... This is also where I got a bunch of clothes made for only $130 bucks!

This is Frances (one of our GSM's)

We had to switch to this train called the KCR, and i just had to take a picture of all these bikes outside. How the hell do you find yours!!?

Must have been something funny...

We got to eat my Favorite Chinese Dish, Peking Duck. Jeff hates it but at least he posed

Making noodles... look! you can see one in the air.

Finally, another thing you can find in Shenzhen is massages/pedicures/manicures for very cheap. I got a pedicure/foot massage and my nails done for $20 bucks. Frances told the people we had limited time so they put a person working on each or my arms and feet. What a life...

Grand Opening Ceremony

Grand Opening is finally here!! I have to say, after running and sweating and not sleeping for 4 days, it was totally worth it! It has been great to be a part of this huge milestone in Disney history, we all here definitely feel a great sense of pride in this park. So here are a BUNCH of photos from the Grand Opening Ceremony, enjoy!

The ceremony contained all kinds of classic Chinese elements. The paper dragons were amazing, they would jump from pole to pole so seamlessly that you'd forget there were people in them!
